Current US Lacrosse Membership Required for All Programs

To register for any Lake Erie Youth Lacrosse program, the participant MUST be a current US Lacrosse member through the end of the program.   Annual US Lacrosse membership is $30.  You will be required to enter the participant's US Lacrosse membership number in the registration process. 

The participant information must match up with what is on the US Lacrosse web site or you will not be able to proceed with registration. The name, DOB, address and email address on the USL site must match up with participant information you enter on this site.
